Combined shipping can be reasonable, but some might get very expensive!
This is because of the system of eCrater. Each item's shipping price that shows on the website includes the shipping box weight; therefore, the weight of each shipping box is added to the total weight. (The shipping price is determined by the total weight.)

You need to sign when you receive your package, so if nobody's at the shipping address, the package will be back to your local post office. You might have to go and pick it up or ask for re-delivery.

= Cancellation =
I'm sorry but I do NOT ACCEPT any cancellations after you have made the payment for your order. There will be NO REFUND.
(After the payment, your order is in process and your items are collected from other stores. Therefore, no cancellations accepted.)

= Damaged Items =
Only insured package are able to claim for insurance. I'm terribly sorry, but I'm not able to exchange the item. I can give you some discount, but you need to purchase it....
(1) Please contact your local post office as soon as possible.
(2) The local post officer will check your item and check the way it was packed. Please keep everything with you. You need to submit your item(s) and a form at your local post office.
(3) It takes several months to examine your claim.
(4) If they approved your claim, the paper work will arrive to my local post office for me to sign it.
(5) Then finally, I will get your money back. I will either refund your payment OR ship the same item(s).
