Combined shipping can be reasonable, but some can get very expensive if you order directly from my online store!!
This is because of the system of eCrater. Each item's shipping price shown in the website includes the shipping box weight.
Therefore, the weight of each shipping box is added to the total weight. (The shipping price is determined by the total weight.)

Packages are usually shipped out from Japan in about 1-2 weeks after receiving payments,

Some countries have customs taxes and you might have to pay. (I do NOT pay the taxes).

= Damaged Items =
Only insured package are able to claim for insurance.
(1) Please tell me asap and I will contact my local post office to send the paper documents to your local post office.
(2) The local post officer will contact you and you need to bring everything, so they can check the damaged item(s) and check the way it was packed. Please keep everything with you because you need to submit your item(s) and a form at your local post office.
(3) It takes several months to process your case.
(4) If they approved your claim, the paper work will arrive to my local post office for me to sign it.
(5) Then finally, I will get your money back. I will refund your payment for your damaged item(s).
